Book online. Your date is held for 48 hours, and full payment (EFT / bank transfer) must be received in that window or the booking is auto-cancelled. Bookings are confirmed by payment only; verbal or email approval doesn’t hold a date.

A free, temporary 3-day hold while you finalise production details. It does not confirm your booking, does not block the public calendar, and there’s no P1/P2 system, several clients can pencil the same date and it’s secured only by the first to pay in full. A paid booking always takes precedence and releases pencils automatically.

We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to our prices.

Half-day hire isn’t available on weekends or public holidays, those bookings are charged at the full-day rate. Sunday & public-holiday rates are shown in the rates table (R9 500, or R10 500 for car shoots).

Dry hire means you hire the empty space and the white cyclorama, without equipment. Photo & video lighting, colour backdrops and grip aren’t included but can be hired (or bring your own). Standard cleaning is included.

A half-day (weekdays) is the smallest booking, there’s no hourly rate. Hourly pricing applies only to overtime at R1 000/hour.

Studio overtime is R1 000/hour. Standard hours are 8am to 6pm; before or after that counts as overtime.

Yes, it’s fully paintable, acrylic PVA paint only (no roof paint or oil-based paint). We prefer you order your own colour paint and we’ll share our supplier & specs. To keep our premium white finish consistent we repaint to white ourselves: R2 500 labour, and you cover the white paint (or buy it yourself, we recommend Polvin white). Options: you supply paint (R2 500 labour); paint + labour, 6×20L white (R8 500); colour back to white (R5 000).

Yes, but these attract the deep-clean fee if not cleaned up properly.

Only the white cyclorama is included. Colour backdrops depend on availability, contact us to confirm which colours are in stock. They’re added via “Add to your Appointment” at booking and charged per backdrop. You may use up to 1 m on the floor; extra used or damaged backdrop is R700 per metre. For safety, only our staff install or remove backdrops.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ written notice are non-refundable. With 48+ hours’ written notice, the full value is issued as studio credit (a coupon code), valid 3 months, no cash refunds. Credit is non-transferable and any price increase at rebooking is payable.

Yes, request at least 48 hours ahead. One free reschedule per booking, then a 50% rescheduling fee. No changes within 24 hours of the start time.

Sessions run strictly to the booked time, late arrivals don’t extend it and missed bookings are forfeited. The hire fee is flat, so there’s no refund or credit for finishing early.
